Organic oil obtained from olives of the Coratina variety produced and pressed totally in Puglia within the towns of Bitetto and Sannicandro di Bari. This territory lies at the foot of the Murgia barese traditionally suited to the cultivation of olives, vineyards and almond trees due to the particular and favorable soil conditions and Mediterranean climate. Intense fruitiness with scent sensations of green veggies recalling aromatic notes of green olives as well as fresh grass or green almonds.

Marked and balanced taste between bitter and spicy, aftertaste of artichoke and thistle or green fruit. It is recommended for seasoning bruschetta, soups or velvety legume soups, grilled red meat, swordfish, tuna and salads.
